Three Chillicothe teen-agers facing charges of aggravated robbery will not be tried as adults at this time, said Athens County Juvenile Court Judge Edward S. Robe at a hearing yesterday at the Athens County Courthouse.

Albany company finds purpose, home for hard-to-recycle items

Making treasure from another's trash is a specialty at ReUse Industries in Albany.
The non-profit center, created in the 1980s, makes every day Earth Day by collecting discarded solid waste, repairing it and reselling it to create both jobs and less trash in the community. Appliances, household goods, building materials and other waste not easily disposed of are the focus of ReUse, said Ed Newman, a founder of the industry.
