Ohio finished tied for sixth place on Saturday at the Colonel Classic at the Arlington Golf Club in Richmond, Ky.

Ohio finished tied with Dayton and Youngstown State in the sixth spot with an overall score of 892. Eastern Kentucky's A team took home the overall tournament victory as it finished with a score of 861. They were followed by Louisville and Western Kentucky, who tied for second, Eastern Kentucky's B team in fourth and Moorhead State in fifth.

Western Kentucky's Eric Mason had the best individual score as he shot a 206 for the tournament. Erik Heberth was the best individual finisher for Ohio as he tied for the 17th position. He shot a score of 220.

Other Ohio top finishers included Jay Spargrove in 20th overall position followed by A.T. Spires (23rd), Joe Hill (49th) and Jonathan Belcher (59th).
