Athens dispatcher honored by State Highway Patrol
The Ohio State Highway Patrol recognized several of its employees including
an Athens Post dispatcher at its 2000 Annual Awards Luncheon on
Friday.
Dispatcher Rodney D. Robinson was named as the District Dispatcher of
the Year for the Jackson District of the OSHP, according to an OSHP news
release. Robinson was among several Southeast Ohio OSHP employees who
received awards.
The awards were presented by Col. Kenneth L. Morckel, OSHP superintendent,
and Lt. Gov. Maureen O'Connor, according to the release. The awards luncheon
was at the Villa Milano in Columbus.
